These were the formative times of the artist known as Doodlesam… before he had the courage to create his own art website… before he had the audacity to have his own Facebook page… back when he thought Instagram was a quick cracker… when he was simply a mild-mannered…
Making this was a labor of love.
Any starving artist can relate to this. If you get a chance to make some extra dough, you take it. Be it donating plasma or tasting pizza, you do what you gotta do to get by. Well, I got paid 80 bucks to sample really gross pizza. The dough was hardly worth eating the dough….
It’s always good to have at least one fan who is interested in your art enough that they will climb the walls to get to it.
